Middle of collar broke, when I was trying to upload a bottle of water, I finally got it on there. But I was afraid the next one won't go on. so I got on line and ordered 2 from AppliancePartsPros.com . I thought o know it won't get here for a few days. Low and behold it was there on my stoop the next day, before my bottle was even empty. I put it on and works great, Thanks for the speedy part, you are so appricated. patsy Norlie
