Blanca R Kyle , TX December 18, 2014 Water leaking from base where the water bottle sits I replaced the collar w/probe where the bottle sits on top of dispenser and the plastic separator inside. My water dispenser was 11 years old. It was so easy to replace. No more leaks. I am very thankful that I didn't go and purchase a new one. But I was afraid the next one won't go on. so I got on line and ordered 2 from AppliancePartsPros.com . I thought o know it won't get here for a few days. Low and behold it was there on my stoop the next day, before my bottle was even empty.
