The new brackets arrived and were just as expected. Only problem was that the place where the new brackets attach to the dishwasher frame did not have the proper number of slots to accept both metal tabs on the new brackets. But because the attachment place on the frame was made of plastic, this was not a problem. After carefully marking where the additional tab slot was needed in the plastic mount, I used a small screwdriver, the same width of the metal tab on the new bracket, to make the additional slot. I heated the screwdriver with a torch, and used it to punch a new slot in the plastic. It worked out perfectly and the new bracket could then be properly attached. The dishwasher is now firmly mounted in place and no longer tips forward.
