I took it out so I could figure out which part I needed. Found it on appliancepartspros.com and ordered it. The amazing thing is I ordered it late Thursday afternoon from IL and I had it the next day without paying the extra for overnight. I figured I would have it by Monday but the very next day this little fedex truck pulls in the drive and the guy hands me a box. Inside is the motor, installed it and before you know it we have ice again and the kids and wife are happy as can be. Which was great because with baseball, soccer and softball that weekend we really needed that ice. This site was also the most reasonably priced, these guys/girls have an amazing website and deserve your business in my opinion. Thanks guys
