Replaced the diverter motor which got the arms going. Getting to be an expert at that as this is the second one. Known leaking issue with them and they stop. Included was the needed grease which was a very nice touch. Also replaced the gasket on top with one from The Grommet Guru that will hopefully keep the leaks away as it has a spring inside it.
Did not solve the vent error code with the vent part. Looks like the fan is corroded and have another on order.
