I ordered the racks, was very busy and did not look at the confirmation emails until the expected day of arrival, in tracking the pkg., I discovered it was going to the billing address, not the shipping address! As it was s computer error,I had racks delivered to the dorr ft address within 28 hours! The very helpful agent corrected the problem and saved the day! They were. Very helpful in getting the music-directed racks back to them. This experience will definitely be remembered and we most definitely will use sppliancepartepros in the future.
