The racks fit perfectly

I ordered the racks, was very busy and did not look at the confirmation emails until the expected day of arrival, in tracking the pkg., I discovered it was going to the billing address, not the shipping address! As it was s computer error,I had racks delivered to the dorr ft address within 28 hours! The very helpful agent corrected the problem and saved the day! They were. Very helpful in getting the music-directed racks back to them. This experience will definitely be remembered and we most definitely will use sppliancepartepros in the future.

Easily replaced the existing racks. We received our order in less than 36 hours!!!! totally awesome!!!!

I had searched all over the internet for the correct oven rack with no success. Then I found Appliance Parts Pros. Searching on their website for the oven model number produced 0 results. But, I called them and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. To explain, the oven model number on the stove was somewhat worn and hard to read and I misread a S for a 5 and a 0 for a Q. No wonder I wasn't getting any results from my search. But, she was so helpful and her being familiar with the model numbers she was able to come up with the right number. Well, we received the oven rack, it is exactly the same as the old one and fits perfectly. Thank you, for all your help.
