I started by calling AppliancePartsPros.com My range is a 1960 GE 40 inch range. My model number is not listed. By calling Appliance Parts Pros and talking to Shiela the correct part was determined even though my model number was not in the system. Sheila told me she would ask one of the technicians. She was back on the line very quickly with the info. I called early enough in the day that the element went out the same day. 2 days later I received the parts and made the repair.
