Janet F Topsham , ME July 03, 2017 Needed to replace baking element I replaced the element, following the video on your site. Unfortunately one of the wires separated from the element that I was removing before it was out of the back of the oven. I couldn't get it from inside so I decided to take off the back panel of the oven and take a look. I was able to push the wire through to the inside of the oven and then could complete the installation of the new element. It would have been a very simple, quick repair if one of the wires had not separated prematurely. In the end, I got the job done and the oven works again so I am very pleased.
