Installation would have taken less than 10 minutes if the two range wires attaching to element had been 1 inch longer. Attached thin nosed vice grips to wires at spade terminals to facilitate attachment to element. The repair was simple enough but it would have been perfect if GE engineers had made wires 1 inch longer. The video on the web site was good but all the cautions noted during the video did happen. I had to take the back off of the stove to get to one of the wire leads that had fallen into the "abyss". Hardest part of the repair was getting the oven door back on the stove. Took out two screws pulled element out slipped off clasps and replaced with new one. I put the two screws back and it works. It was very easy. As I pulled the bake element out one of the wires fell off. However, by removing the plate behind the oven it was easily recovered. It was an easy fix.
