I used the Company's chat line on 11/18/2015 to speak with a representative to make sure I would be ordering the correct replacement part. That was a very helpful and pleasant experience. The agent assured me I would be receiving the part within two days and she was spot on. She indicated I would be receiving an Order Confirmation email with a link to a repair video. The video was very helpful in describing the process to remove the old gasket and the tools I would need. I installed the gasket the day after Thanksgiving. I wanted to so it sooner but my wife was concerned I might encounter some difficulty and asked me to wait until the day after. She needn't have worried. The entire process took no more than 25-30 minutes. Although the video shows a side by side unit my refrigerator has a freezer on top and I thought I might have to remove that door as well to get to and remove the refrigerator door. Surprisingly, I had to remove neither. I removed the food items in stored in the refrigerator door and sealed off the refrigerator, itself, with tape and a sheet of plastic while the removal and install took place. Once the screws were removed from beneath the old liner the inner panel came off and I was able to make sure I would have a proper fit with the new gasket. I simply laid the inner panel on a flat surface and laid the new gasket around to satisfy myself I had the right gasket. I took both the inner panel and gasket to the door and with a little help from my wife, seated it and put the screws in being careful to make sure the inner "tab" was in place. It was much easier than I thought it would be and I saved the expense of hiring a repairman to do the job. An all around good experience!
