I want to comment on the help I received from Appliance Parts Pros. Web pages are easy to navigate and shipping was exceptional (received my parts in two days). In the past I have ordered from Sears Parts Direct and have been up to two weeks before I got my parts. Also, want to mention the video option on how to actually change the parts, very helpful and informative.
