Ordered the membrane switch for $175 delivered with tax. Turn off the power to the stove. Removed each screw from the top sides of the stove ( 2 total). Open the door and remove 4 screws that are located on the top going up to where the knobs and keypad are. Now the box is loose. Fold down the control section. Remove the 2 ribbons that connect to the pad. ( push on the plastic latch and pull up the ribbon. Not hard to do but takes a little finessing). Now pull off the keypad section. It is just stuck on with some sticky tape. You have to get under it but it will pull off. Once you pull off slide the 2 ribbons through the slot. Clean off the area with some rubbing alcohol. Peel off the backing from new membrane and put the ribbon from new pad back through the slot. Take your time and press new keypad into position. Reconnect the 2 ribbons plugging back into where the other were removed. Reassemble the screws you removed. In all 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your ability to DIY.
