Tony M Foley , AL January 28, 2017 Appliance: Model WT1101CW Oe code; washer stalling mid cycles; drain pump sporadic I AM NOT AN APPLIANCE REPAIR GUY! I pulled the back cover off to expose the tub, drain pump, and wire harnesses. I put the voltage meter needles in at the drain pump wiring harness to test it. The pump wasn't getting 110-120VAC. I pulled the pump off and hard wired to a 120VAC source and it began working immediately. So it was apparent that the pump wasn't the cause of the OE code. There also was no blockage in the hoses or anything, and all wires and the ground appeared fine. At this point I suspected the board was the issue, but not being an appliance tech, I was hesitant to spend the $100 on a new one, and it not fix the issue. I went ahead and ordered the new board, installed it, and it completely corrected all of the issues! It started with cycles taking forever to get through, then the OE code every couple washes, and then completely stalling half way through a wash and just slowly spinning. Now, with the new board, it finishes washing without any errors, or lagging. If you experience these symptoms, and the pump and wires are fine, this will fix it!
