After changing the tub suspension rods, the problem still is occurring, so the problem has not been resolved. I am in search of identifying the next component that is generating the OL code. Changing the suspension rods was an easy fix. Lucky for me that all were accessible from the top of the machine. The only tool I needed was a putty knife to release the spring clips to lift the top. (The kit, however, was missing one of the upper pivot balls to hang the rod, so I used one to the old ones in its place). While I had the top off, I replaced the tub ring, I needed a pair of pliers to remove and install the hose clamp.
