Joe G Coppell , TX January 17, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG RSG307/AARS Originally thought it was the water pump turned out to be cap assembly on water filter troubleshooting isn't easy Bought the water pump and installed it, but that didn't fix the problem. Still no ice or water out of our two year old Samsung. Spoke with a very helpful rep at AppliancePartsPros, sorry I don't have his name. Also spoke with a very knowledgeable woman who also helped me out. Returned the water pump and bought the assembly for the water filter. That fixed the problem, ice and water again.
