Dawn L Barnes , WI March 12, 2021 The outer ring on my washer door was cracked at the hinge. This made it difficult to get the door to lock for wash cycle. I was pleased to have a professional site that had parts for my appliances I removed the door assembly and unscrewed the whole assembly, then removed the damaged outer ring and replaced it with the new one.
