Removed the back cover and disconnected the old element. Then removed the bottom cover inside the oven. Removed 2 screws that held in the old element. removed the old element, placed in the new one. Secure with two screws. Then replaced the bottom cover. On the back of the range, connected the new element to the wiring and replaced the back cover. Wasn't hard, just seemed like a lot of screws.
