I ordered a new control board and overlay (separate item) from AppliancePartsPros and replaced it just as the video shows. It was easy and saved me about $200 compared with the quote I got from a "technician":
1) Stick the overlay onto the front of the new control board.
2) Unplug the range's electrical cord from the wall.
3) Use a 1/4-inch nut driver to remove the back panel (a few screws).
4) Unplug the wire bundle from the old control board.
5) Use a Philips screw driver to remove the old control board (four screws).
6) Install the new control board.
7) Plug the wire bundle into the new control board.
8) Replace the back panel.
9) Plug it into the wall.
It works!
