It wasn't a big deal..I noticed the gasket fraying, looked up the part using the oven's model number, and ordered it from AppliancePartsPros.com (which had the lowest price).
The gasket arrived in two days. Used needle-nose pliers to remove the old gasket, cleaned the surface and installed the new gasket...took less than 5 minutes.
