This particular model GE Profile series has the fiberglass gasket on the door mounted with spring clips made into the gasket. With needle nose pliers I gently squeeze the spring clips together to remove. Repeated process around. I installed new gasket be simply pushing new tabs in place. The fan was straightforward unscrew and disconnect wires then reinstall. The gaskets required the door to be disassembled contrary to the video that was provided when purchasing the gasket for the door. Disassembly was not hard just take a lot of pictures so you get everything back into the correct place. Also, a good time to clean door frame and wash the glass. Read more

The seal came with no clips, as video of repair showed. Also no instructions with part. After pondering the sisuation, found screw in both side of oven wall in front of oven and a clip at the top of the oven, held with screws. Took all the screws out, used a screw driver to move side and top wall enough to remove the old seal. Needle noose pliers very helpful in this process. start seal replace at top corner of oven.
