First I removed the (3) wire shelves. Removed the bottom cover by removing the (2) screws in the back. This exposed the oven element. Removed the (2) screws holding the mounting bracket on the front of the element then removed the (2) screws on the silver bracket that holds the back of the element. I carefully pulled the element forward which pulls it out of the back of the oven. I pulled slightly on the (2) wires attached to the element in order to get a small amount of slack to remove them from the element. Once removed, I discarded the old element and placed the new one into the oven. I reversed the process to install the new element. Now the oven works very well again. By the way, only had to use a Phillips head screwdriver to accomplish this.
