Not having any local Thermador support I took the advise from KC on the repair forum. The repair consisted of removing and replacing the control and relay board. The hardest part of the job was working behind the stove while it was pulled from the wall. ( didn't want to scratch my floor ). Over all the repair was simple just pulling wires from old board and installing on new board. The directions sent with the parts are excellent and easy for anyone to follow. I am glad I found this site... I highly recommend.
