Bought a new element and installed it. However, when I went to turn it on I saw a big spark at the back of the oven where it is attached to the back plate. My first thought was a blown fuse. I called your helpline and the woman who took my call was very helpful. She said there was no fuse so it must be something in the wiring so take the back panels off. After taking off the panels I could not see any burnt wires. Looking at the height where the burner was located there was a spade connector with no wire and a female connector just hanging loose. I connected them and noticed it was nearly connected. Both connectors were very loose from the factory. After fixing them tight I realized in pushing the burner in place the insulation protruded out the back and pushed the loose connector off. Everything works fine now.
