My GE Profile oven kept on over heating and locking up at temperatures above 375 degrees. I just dealt with it for years, and my wife was constantly nagging me to buy a new one. I instead called out a repair man who quoted me $250 for the cooling fan, $50 for the temp sensor and $200 labor. I understand that they people are not a charity and they need to make money. That mark up is out of line, so came here and made the purchase. It arrived, I installed and now we have a working oven.
