I watched the video that you provide and I think that it was excellent to see as it prepared me for the task at hand. My element replacement was a little different than the video, but overall concept was the same. I wasn't even sure that it was the element that needed repair, but for the price you charge I was willing to take the risk. Delivery of the product was the next day and I didn't pay any extra for that. I was thrilled and shocked all at the same time! It took me all-in-all about an hour total as I had to search my house for the right tools.
I'm so proud of myself for this undertaking, as I am a women and didn't run to the phone and call a service provider for the repair. My 1st major DIY was a success thanks to your company. I'm a happy girl.
