I found your website and instructional videos via an internet search engine, and after seeing that probably the oven igniter was a likely cause of the problem, I watched your video on how to replace it. That gave me the confidence to try it, so I bought the part from you. One day later it arrived, and the next day I replaced the igniter. That evening my wife was baking again. Thank you!
I do suggest that you add a diagnostic step to the video. In my case, I should have tried the broiler first. If that igniter wouldn't glow either, then it might be the control box that was faulty, and in that case I wouldn't have bought the igniter yet. In my case, after the part arrived, I thought to check the broiler igniter and it glowed fine. This gave me greater confidence that the problem was the lower (bake) igniter.
