Kim M Paulina , LA November 04, 2024 No these two parts were needed because after i took the machine down to change the boot in the front we accidentally dropped the toothbrush between the inner drum and outer drum Changed door boot, but after getting that ready to reinstall new boot we dropped a toothbrush in between the drum and the inner tub which required disassembly of the whole drum assembly.
