Thought it was the igniter so I ordered a new one. When I went to my daughter's house to put it in, I noticed something coating it. I cleaned the old igniter (and it worked fine) so I scrubbed the whole stove, oven, area behind the stove and finally the entire kitchen floor. That's what retired dads do. I used your contact link about returning then part and was told it wasn't worth the cost so I'm being given a refund. I do all the repairs at my home, my two daughters', and anyone else who asks and you will be my first and only option in the future.
