The repair video was a great aid to making sure the disassembly and reassembly was correct. Replaced planetary assembly (som YouTubers say you can JB weld the shaft back in place but was not interested in an experiment). After disassembly identified a sheared pin and damaged bearings. Total repair cost about $75 including grease (for a $500 Kitchen Aide Pro 600). Thanks for the video- big help.
