Didn't know what to call the part - got on chat one evening and the wonderful customer service rep knew exactly how to direct me - and even ordered the part for me! It arrives 2 days later - and we fixed our problem! Seems like breaking the plastic arm when the ice sensor starts to fall down happens rather often - 2nd time we have replaced it - but the fix is easy. Wish there was a permanent fix for the ice sensor - I don't think we have the problem solved just yet - but the plastic arm replacement went well! Use this company when looking for any and all parts!
