A friend and I took the unit out of the wall started to troubleshoot and look for obvious signs on the circuit boards I knew I had voltage coming into the unit but could not get the display to come on or the lights in the upper oven the lower oven did have lights inside. So after inspecting all the connections checking voltage we traced it to the power board and I noticed a small electronic component that was screwed on to one of the large heat sinks was cracked and a piece of the plastic laying on the circuit board. That's when I called appliance parts in order a new power board it took about 3 days I installed it tested it everything is working again and I'm back in business now they learn to cook... thank you appliance parts pros for having the part of ailable and even though I think is expensive it was reasonable.
