Andrew K Great Neck , NY January 14, 2016 No power to oven or control panel only lower oven light worked After typing with a tech from your company, they suggested that I purchase the panel control board, which I did. After plugging in and not making a difference. I returned, which is why I purchased from AppliancePartsPro. Your company is the only one that allowed me to return a part that wasn't needed. Continued to do more research and after reading a blog I tested main power board and found that to be the issue. Ordered board from AppliancePartsPro, installed and oven works perfectly.
