Michael G Petaluma , CA October 01, 2014 The problem was a loud screeching noise and then a thumpping sound until the washer turned off I went on youtube and found the APP. video and found the how change the bearings on a HE3 washer. Very Helpful and easy to follow. When I took the washer apart I noticed the spider was broken and bought the entire washer drum. Reinstalled everything.
