When I purchased the Samsung dryer from Lowe's, the rack was not in the dryer. I talked to Lowes Mgr who at first said he would find. After several f/u on my part, he said the part was not included in that dryer. According to Samsung web site it is a part to be in dryer. I contacted Samsung but they said since it was more than 30 days, they couldn't rectify it. Wound up finding the part at AppliancePartsPlus (wasn't on Samsung site to buy) & purchased it. Very happy with AppliancePlusPro but very discussed with Lowe's & Samsung.
