Pulled apart stove and diagnosed that the control switch was malfunctioning. I order the switch along with any other items used to fix a ceramic top range. I got part of the shipment and was wondering where the other parts were. I called and they had the rest of the parts for me the next day. Great service. There video was very helpful in the speed of my repair. It probably would have taken me an extra 45 minutes in trying to figure out what to do to take it apart. I have used this company in the past and will always use them. It is rare to find a customer oriented company these days.
