I watched and then followed the repair videos to replace both cams at the bottom hinge of the door.
The repairman in the video wore gloves. He didn't mention it, but I figured out that gloves were good for when the screws were frozen and didn't budge. The video made it seem easier than it was. Then when I was all done, the two cams didn't line up. I was puzzled as to what I could have done wrong? I was disappointed. Then within the door closing 5 times and 15 minutes of gravity, the cams fell into place. I imagine that the cams are under a bit of tension this way and maybe why they broke to begin with. But the door is working now and so all ended well enough. The project took longer than expected because under and behind the fridge was full of dust that I had to clean up.
