I e-mailed appliance parts pros and told told them my side by side refrigerator was not getting cold. I changed the thermostat and it still did not work. I e-mailed Nancy and she told me the compressor start relay was the problem. She told me how to check it (if it rattled, defective). she told the part number to order and I ordered it in the morning and received the part around 2 pm the same day. talk about quick service. I installed the part and plugged the refrigerator back in and the refrigerator was back to working fine. I appreciate the help and service their support team gave me and will continue to use them for my appliance repairs. thank you!
