William K San Antonio , TX August 18, 2014 Appliance: Model KENMORE Refrigerator not cooling to safe temp freezer ok Shippment fast and part was installed (be sure to have gromets on hand),but part was not the problem...since the box was 14 yrs old ,I bought a new one. New refrigertors are fulll of surprises.The new Whirlpool I bought does not have a light in freezer comp.Also it woun't hold a gallon bottle of milk anywhere in in refrig compartment. There are too many things to think of when buying a new refrig.I was more concernned about quality.Salesmen won't tell you anything if they knew anything! It may be wise to have older ones repaired rather than rplacing, especially if you like the box. .,Measure large items in your box and when buying a new one see if there are any problem fitting them into box !
