It was very simple. I googled for "parts to a GE side by side refrigerator and I found the website for Appliance PartsPros.com. I then googled their site with the refrigerator mode number and a list of all possible parts appeared with schematics. I ordered the part and in a couple of days it arrived. I removed the door and looked at the schematic as to how it was to placed with the other parts, and it was fixed in less than 20 minutes - from start to finish. Thank you Appliance PartsPros.com - you saved me the expense of replacing the refrigerator, or at least $150 dollar service call by a repairman !
