Had large drawer and a couple of door bins crack. Ordered replacements from AppliancePartsPros, as I have done many times previously.
When the order arrived, the large drawer was already cracked. Not a big problem, as they promptly sent a replacement.
The couple of door bins didn't fit. My problem is that I assumed both door sides were the same. Nope, my bad. Again, not a major problem, as they helped me to return the misordered bins, and get the proper ones.
I've ordered several times before, and never had a problem. This time I wasn't so lucky. Not their fault, but they were super helpful and made everything right. AppliancePartsPros are, as ever, where I go for best parts, best service, best problem solving. Highest possible recommendation.
