Replaced it with a new drawer

I tried several times to order from another dealer and although they said the bin was in stock, I never received it. When I did check with them on the phone they said that it was not in stock and it would be in a couple of days later. I never got notice that it was in and being shipped so two weeks later I cancelled the order and got a refund and found Appliance Parts Pros. You too said it was in stock and it was actually sent out the same day and I received it two days later. It was exactly what I needed and I was able to replace the cracked bins. My refrigerator now looks brand new. Thank you.

Had large drawer and a couple of door bins crack. Ordered replacements from AppliancePartsPros, as I have done many times previously. When the order arrived, the large drawer was already cracked. Not a big problem, as they promptly sent a replacement. The couple of door bins didn't fit. My problem is that I assumed both door sides were the same. Nope, my bad. Again, not a major problem, as they helped me to return the misordered bins, and get the proper ones. I've ordered several times before, and never had a problem. This time I wasn't so lucky. I removed the old part by lifting up and away from the door. I moved the new part to the door and pressed down. Job finished in under 30 seconds and it looks brand new. No tools or instructions required.
