Ordered the part online and when it arrived I followed the online video on how to remove the old auger and install the new auger. I had to review parts of the video several times to make sure I put everything back together correctly. My husband is not mechanically inclined and I take on some of the repairs. It was great not to have to call the repairman to do this as his service call is $95. Thanks for the video and without it I would not have been able to do this so easily. When finished I called my husband in to watch as I tried to see if ice would dispense properly. Big smile of relief when it worked perfectly.
