Jeff P Charleroi , PA June 30, 2014 Refrigerator quit working Removed cover that houses thermostat and defrost timer Rotated dial on defrost timer to see if compressor would start. nothing happened.Unplugged from wall outlet and removed the spade terminals from the thermostat and jumped terminals together and plugged back into wall outlet.Compressor started.Removed thermostat from housing placed a ohm meter across terminals and rotated knob .
