The plastic paddle would not return when released. The end that holds the spring in position broke rendering the spring inoperable. How to replace Module. The paddle is only available as part of the assembly so I had to replace the entire assembly. I had already removed the broken assembly and was able to install the new assembly in about 5 minutes.
