Repeating two of the critical tips I got from others on your site: TAPE each screw by the hole it comes out of, as they're all different. Do NOT remove the hex screws that hold the glass onto the door. Unnecessary to the fix. I had a hard time lining everything up so I fumbled around for more than the generally agreed 15 minutes, but it should have been as easy as everyone has said it is. I used one Phillips screwdriver.
