Put ice maker in off position and removed ice maker on/off metal bar. Bar is kind of snug to remove from the end facing you but just push with a little force and it will pop out. Removed the cover that shows the ice maker on/off. Take the 3 screws out and remove the gear box. Loosen the 2 inset screws on the bottom of the black plastic piece that is still attached to the ice maker just enough to get the new ice striper to set in place. Reverse the above actions and your done.
