We felt this very reliable stove was worth the repair., Purchased 9” dual burner, saved 2 pins/feet from original that holds burner up to glass top. (Instructions in kit would be helpful). However, within 15 minutes it was switched out and repair complete. Burner is working very well. The part arrived in 2 days. I called and spoke to a representative who was able to help to order the correct part. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.
