First let me start by saying Appliance Parts Pros are the best because they speak English and are in the United States of America. I ordered the same parts from another company however after 10 days the company stated the parts are still in route from overseas. I made contact with Appliance Parts Pros and Sheila P. was a delightful American who understood my situation and we ordered the parts over the phone. Lo and behold the parts arrived within several days and I was able to find a how to video on You Tube which helped me install the parts successfully.
