Pauline M East Montpelier , VT January 18, 2017 Appliance: Model DBRX463ED 7WW After replacing rear bushing dryer still made noise so i ordered idler pully i watched how to video and the fix was less than20 minutes thanks for going the extra mile! service is a+ I followed Video instructions. I even noticed that the service Rep was wearing gloves. That's when I realized that the inside tin is very dangerous. I had no problems at all with switch over. Thanks Guys!!!!
